We can help you feel in-control by working with you to declutter, make decisions to remove items and organize your home and business spaces. Mess to Less will assess the area after cleaning everything out and then utilize storage containers to create a more functional area.
From chaotic closets and crammed drawers and pantries, we can turn your anxiety into calmness. We will take care of every detail from lining shelves to picking the right products (if needed). Mess to Less also knows the resources for donating your unwanted items and hauling of trash for free!
Organizing Seniors and Downsizing Services
Mess to Less: Get Organized can help a family member transition from their current home to a senior living or other residence can be emotional and frustrating for both children and parent(s). Children may find it difficult to work with their parent(s) to make the hard decisions about what items to keep and move to their new home, and what should be left behind. Adult children often do not have the time in their busy lives to patiently sort through their parent(s) items.
We can help make this transition as calm and respectful as possible by working side by side with the client. If you need additional resources our team can help. This may include handymen, movers, real-estate agents, estate sale companies, and more. We can take the project from removing and packing to unpacking and organizing the new space, whether it is a senior community, a smaller home, an apartment, or a move-in with a family member.
Organizing Staging and Decorating Services
Mess to Less: Get Organized Home Staging services can be an important process when selling a home in the Tulsa area. Our interior decorating services bring creativity and experience to decorating and furnishing a home. Our decorators have an eye for color and style plus and will focus on color palettes, furnishings, flooring, wall coverings, lighting, and new builds.
For clients putting their house on the market, staging is one of the best ways to get it sold quickly. Home staging gives your home a magazine interior look that appeals to home buyers and allows them to see themselves living in the home.
Organizing Packing / Unpacking Services
Mess to Less: Get Organized can help relieve the stress relating to an upcoming relocation or move! We can help identify and remove unneeded items before packing your home. This saves money on packing supplies and allows you to start life fresh in your new home with only the items you want.
Once your new home is ready, our team will unpack and organize one room or your entire house. Mess to Less can work with your movers to direct the unloading process or arrive after the movers leave and begin unpacking.
Organizing Hoarding
Mess to Less: Get Organized does not claim to be therapists and encourage individuals to work with a professional counselor specializing in this disorder. Note: there is a scale for what defines hoarding and a large amount of clutter does not necessarily identify a person to be a hoarder.
Organizing hoarding is a different level of organizing that requires a special approach. In most cases, families of hoarders are the ones that reach out to us. Hoarding may require counseling for the client and/or family before organizing can begin. In addition, other services such as cleaning, carpet or flooring companies, dumpsters, and more, may be required in addition to the actual organizing.
Our organizers will begin the process by removing trash and debris, purging unwanted/unneeded items, discarding expired food or medication, and scaling down contents in the home. It is our hope that the results of our work will be a positive influence in an often-chaotic environment.

Organizing Consultation
Mess to Less; Get Organized offers a one-time free consultation. We will come to your home or business and perform a walk-through of the spaces you would like organized/transformed. We will take and record measurements if necessary and talk about purchasing storage baskets and/or containers, or if you prefer to use what you already have on hand. We will assess and help develop goals for organizing your space.
*Time will be allotted for purchasing organizing supplies if decided to use new resources.
When we return, we will have defined goals with a plan of execution.
- On this visit, we are prepared to start doing the following:
- Clear out existing space
- Change lighting is required
- Clean the area by vacuuming and wiping clean shelves and walls.
- Once the preparation is complete, we move right into the next plan stage:
- Sort items into agreed upon groups (Keep – Donate – Relocate – Remove)
- Keep and Relocate items will come with be placed in appropriate baskets and storage containers
- Donated and Removed items will be boxed and bagged as deemed necessary.
- This is when the plan is typically considered complete and, we leave with you:
- Our professional suggestions
- Proven techniques that you can use to maintain the space
- Our simple systems can provide a lifelong convenience of organization.
